Experts Sirs
we are 5 brothers and 1 sisters to our parents. Father and mother, both expired in 2003 and 2004.
I served Indian Air Force from 1977 to 2009 and presently staying in Bangalore. Due to my defence service I was mostly out of home for more than 35 years.
I learnt, taking the advantage of my absence ,my brothers have sold some property and are also planning to sell out other properties. I donot know how they are doing it. I have never ever signed any documents. I also learnt that the purchasers have applied for mutation.

What legal action I can take to hold the mutation? Can I approach Tahasildar to hold mutation.

What action I can take so that they cann't sell any inherited properties without my knowledge. Is it possible to nullify the sale which don't hold my signature/or, has forged my signature??

please advise
