R.D.O. is wrong in stating original not given for verification. With out original what verification he could do.Whether you had genuinely submitted the same.If not of your mother's the certificates of her close relatives could have been submitted by you in court to prove her genuinety. Now your worry is only about FIR or you want to prove whether your mother genuinely belongs to ST.Consult a senior advocate who also represents you.

I think there is a problem in the RDO's approach.
If the RDO says the community certificate is forged, there must be a another document to show that this community certificate is forged / fabricated.
You can check those records and clarify the facts.
Without proper, information, your quash petition may fail.

This RDO's action is nothing but wreaking vengeance for your actions against him. Better follow it up scrupulously and donot give it up half way

But the pity is Mr.R.K.Goyal ji though it is Repeated in this Thread he had come out with further informations about his draw backs in the Court and police unlike others who just keep on repeating the same.

Once the matter has reached to a high pitch ego stage, do not budge to the pressure of the people in power. You have a good case to fight, prepare grounds on the basis of earlier decisions of the court on the subject and challenge the same, do not give up quashing petition.
