whether a pan card for a person as ID PROOF accept as a evidence before tribunal court or not?
please advice me. thanks.....

you can use as photo proof, not for address proof.

Mr. Mohammed Ali is correct, I agree with him. Because the pan card will bear your date of birth and photo, not your address.

use your passport . it works as id proof and address proof too . or aadhar card these days

Pan card is proof of identity but not of address.

Voter ID Card ,Adhar Card,Passports,Driving
licences are proof of Identity as well as address.

Pan card along with Ration card would serve both purposes .
