Dear Expert
Hindu social marriage no witness for solemnisation no declaration no witness for live together as husband and wife , is able to get maintenance ? please reference.

yes, it will effect get to gether life, as consider husband and wife, latest recent judgment in Madras high court. search it

If husband does not want to pay the maintenance he has to deny the relation.

But the husband deny he didn't marry ,now he claim as bachelor. Is the person bound to pay maintenance.

125 is cr p c and court cannot decide marital status. Court cannot even ask it, as w/o jurisdiction.

To avoid mtn, husband must get civil court declaration.
