two friends a & b ek mokhik patner ship karte hai or govt. ka tender lete hai jisme a ke naam se tender hota hai or b saara rs lagata hai in dono ke bich koi written patnership agriment nahi hai kaam pura hone ke baad pament a ko milta hai a b ko kuch nahi deta hai b kya ker sakta hai kya b 420 ki prywet complen ker sakta hai ya civil suit la sakta hai pls help

aap ke paas writing me kuch nahi . tender A ko mila hai . B ne writing me kuch nahi deeya ke aapko munafa dega . weak case

Poor Chap B has got nothing to prove his investment in the project. If there was any transaction through Bank for payments from B's bank account, he may consider filing money recovery suit against A, please specify.
