Query related to litigation of my purchased land.

(Querist) 31 January 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi Sir,

Myself, Umesh Chandra PVG, purchased a land nearly a year back on the outskirts of Hyderabad city. As I am unaware of all the permissions required for the purchase of the land, I have kept faith in the words of the landlord and finally understood that I have landed in trouble. The land I purchased has no LRS (Layout Regularization Scheme) which is mandatory to sell my land to any other party or to make a productive use of it. My father had a talk with the landlord a couple of times but he is blatantly rude with us and he is even not answering calls of my father from the past few months. Please suggest me a way out of this issue as I am perplexed of the whole situation. I have plans to lodge a police complaint against the accused under Section 420 of IPC. Please suggest me a way out using which I can sue him for his cheating.
I am really grateful if you could provide me some guidance in this regard.

Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Warm regards,
Umesh Chandra PVG.

Any opinion could be given based on the classifcation of the land as per Revenue Records.

Being a raw hand, it would be better to contact a local lawyer for guidance after showing him all the papers / record.
