Maharashtra Municipal Councils,Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act ,1965
Under this act
Our City Municipal Council Declares Greenzone,Yellow Zone,or Etc. but some people opposed the above zones because municipal council declares partiucalry communiity's land under above zones.
my question is
can some people take or get stay order from the COurt,? or written opposed to M.Councils
untill no notification publish in local news paper. please suggest idea on this matter .

if you so desire you can move HC challenging declaration by Municipal council of certain areas as green zone etc . also seek stay of order passed by Municipal council . you will have to prove declaration has been made with malafide intentions and only one community has been targeted .

Yes, stay from court having jurisdiction can be taken.
