Sir, i wrote a exam on 9/12/2012 for Cooperative bank assistants post (3500 post). Everything they conducted the exam with genuine manner. but due to some political pressure they file a case in high court and canceled that recruitment. Now i want to file case against that judgement. is it possible to file writ petition against that judgement?

Without going through the order nothing positive can be advised.
Court fee is not much while lawyers fee differ from lawyer to lawyer. It can be negotiated on personal negotiation.
If you want to file review contact a high court lawyer of your state.

High court will not cancel the recruitment due to political pressures or at the instance of government instructions. On the basis of the merits of the case filed by the government of Tamilnadu, the high court has taken up the case and stayed the operations of recruitment process. You have wait for the next action in this regard by the government.
