Maintenance

Dear Sir/MAdam
My husband gives a reply to my lawyer that i m working in a compant and getting a good salary so he will not liable to pay any maintenance to me and my son. What should i do in such case to oppose him?

what statement should i mention to oppose my husbands statement? He is getting 31000/- per month and he states that he is getting only 20000/- per month in his statement....

do you have any evidence that your husband is earning Rs 31,000 per month and not Rs 20,000 . make an application to court to direct your husband to produce his salary certificate / income tax returns filed for last 3 years
