Sir/Madam
My wife filed Crpc 125 on me. Interim maintenance awarded by Hon'ble judge.
Case hasn't reached evidence stage as yet.
I don't have any property in my name and living on rent. I am earning handsome salary but have no savings/house.
Considering my salary, Hon'ble judge can award huge maintenance.
Should I take Home as well as personal loan now. I know after paying home/personal loan, there will be only small amount left me for my survival for next 15-20 years.
Please guide, whether I should take home/personal loan and purchase house. How this property will be assessed in case of Divorce. Will the pending home loan amount will be considered at that time.
Your advice will be very helpful. Thanks

It will prove your malafide intention to avoid payment of maintenance to wife as per court's order and deliberate and willful disobedience to the said order which is punishable by law.. I ADVICE, YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM DOING SO FOR GOOD.

Sir,
Real problem is that I am doing private job and earning handsomely but neither have a penny as saving nor own house to live in.
My Salary looks good on paper for now but If i will go for my own house by taking Home as well as personal loan, i will be left with very little money for survival.
That will be my actual position not current position (Without paying any home/personal loan). So, I was asking should I purchase house or not to show my real net income to Hon'ble court or not. Thanks
