About disowning sons and making born and unborn grandchildren as heirs

(Querist) 15 February 2014 This query is : Resolved
I have a question, Please tell me Can I write Vasiyat in which I disown both of my sons and mention that I will not give them a single paisa if they marry against their mother or sister wishes. If they marry to good girl of their mother choice or sister choice in that case too, their daughter or son be owners of my inheritance and can take their decisions from the date when they turn 18 years of age and before that their parents can only supervise the property but can never sell it or transfer it.

Also my question is Can any girl who ever had any illegitimate relations with them, claim rights on my property or any of my assets? I just want my sons to be always careful of the fact that they will not get anything from me if they get into any bad habits. Do you think it possible in court and am I doing right? Please advise.

If the property is self acquired by you, you can make a will mentioning that after you the property would go to your your grand children.

Contact your lawyer to suitably draft the will.

Registration of will is better but is optional.

After me it will be inherited by my grandchildren but what while I am there and see my kids growing and becoming age of 18 and they acquire inheritance right from me!! I want to protect my interests that my sons do not marry against their mother or sister wishes, if they do then they lose all as even their children will not get anything. What if some female tomorrow comes and says she had relation with my son but no common law, no marriage but still she needs share in property or files a case against me that I should give her something so that's why I am just safeguarding myself by disowning my own sons if they marry with girl of their mother agreement then their children will inherit from me and still not he himself.
