WITH REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE SUBJECT, I HAD A QUERY ABOUT INDIVIDUAL CANDIDATURE . IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH HOW AN INDIVIDUAL BE A LOCAL CANDIDATE.
I BELONG TO STATE OF BIHAR, I CAME TO HYDERABAD IN THE YEAR 1998 AND I JOINED GRADUATION AFTER COMPLETING GRADUATION I JOINED LLB AND AFTER COMPLETING MY LLB IN 2005 I STARTED PRACTICING AS A ADVOCATE IN HYDERABAD, SINCE THAN I AM CONTINUING MY PRACTISE HERE ONLY.I WANT TO APPLY IN ANY VACANCY IN JUDICIAL POST, I WILL BE TREATED AS LOCAL OR NON-LOCAL.

If you have a permanent address in A.P with evidences like Ration card, Driving Licence,Passport etc in that address You just apply for it.More Over the BCI Registration A.P would be more than Enough to make your self eligible to apply.
