About status quo maintain order

i renovattion my house, one person file a suit, and injuction application, court not grant ex party stay order, the commission /panchnama complete on 1/10/2013, cort not grant any injuction order so i complete my renovation work, after pleading of both side on dated 17/2/2014, court pass order that both party maintain status quo as per cort commison report dated 1/10/2014.till disposal of the suit. after five month of commison how can i follow this order,? can i pray for change or modife this orderr, ? in which court ? or any other leagle remedy, i m the respodents in this mater

apply for modification of order mention that renovation work has now been completed .situation changed since commissioner report of October 2013 . undertake not to carry out any further modifications in the house
