Dear Friends,
One of my friend given loan of Rs 25000/ to a person by obtained a blank promissory note. Now that person is not paying the amount.What remeby my friend has in civil and criminal law for early recovery of the amount.
Can the legal expenses associated with RECOVERY OF AMOUNT CAN ALSO BE CLAIMED.

Ans : YES.
FIL SUMMARY SUIT IN CIVIL COURT ON BASIS OF promissory note. nO criminal law . NO EARLY RECOVERY.
Take due care before parting with your hard earn money. Don't be greedy to earn high interest on lended money..You may loose mental peace,happiness and capital money too.
