how to challenge termination

Dear sir,
My company terminate me as I shown disinterest in extra working, intact rather forceful termination, or accepting my resignation they terminate me immediately without any notice, as well demanding . Please help me urgently on

what do you want? If they do not want you, then better to look for another job. Running after them would not serve your purpose unless you are not repaid your legitimate dues.

This is the culture of private sector. better search another job, even through legal battle any immediate relief to you is doubtful.

Any organisation does not employe staff to work at their own sweet will. Master-servant relations have to be maintained lawfully in employment.
