Mrp declaration under legal metrology

Received a notice from Inspector legal metrolgy that MRP declaration of plastic bootles containg fruit juice/soft drinks/ etc. should be on principal display panel and not on the neck of the bottle. Only on glass bottles meant for refilling such delarations can be made on bottle but in case of pet / plastic bottles the same is not permitted.
My question is that if it is so why almost we find MRP declaration on neck of the pet bottles containing branded soft drink , fruit juices or packaged drinking water.
Are the manufacturers violating provisions of Legal metrology packaged commodities rules, 2011.

MRP declaration on neck of the pet bottles containing branded soft drink , fruit juices or packaged drinking water do not have separate principal display panel / Label.
So neck printing of price/ mfg dt allowed.
Even fresh Milk pkt/ bread includes in it.

thank you sir, but Inspector legal metrology, trivendram has issued show cause notice alleging that MRP printing on bottle is allowed only in case of refillable glass bottles and not on plastic / pet bottles meant for single use.. is there any specific case law which nullifies the allegation of officer
