Money mismatch in vochur

I am a cashier in a pvt ltd company. In company cash due to manager's fault money in one vochur didnot match with vochur send to head office and cash imbalance of 20 lakh is found . what can i do can i take some legal action or get anticipatory bail first.
please help

if it is only mismatch and a clerical error,but not cash shortage,need not worry.
If it is not part of any embezzlement racket/wilful fraud, first send an e mail to your HO,MANAGER explaining what mistake occurred, and request for a fair solution ,as you are mentally disturbed to find a solution.state you are also willing to face any punishment for the clerical mismatch.let the mail follow by a detailed in writing explanation on same grounds as above.
only the guilty will be punished.
when there is no cash shortage, and when you are clean,your going for anticipatory bail etc.. will raise doubts on your credibility.

If it is clerical mistake immediately inform all concerns through e-mail, telephone followed by letter in writing. If there is fraud / embezzlement, matter is bit serious, if you are honest and have no role in the same, inform all the seniors and promise them all cooperation in the proceedings.
Go for anticipatory bail only if FIR contains your name.

I agree with the experts, nothing more to add[ except that it seems u r guilty of embezzlement , so 420 IPC CAN JAIL U.]
