Reconciliation and mediation in high court

Dear Sir(s),
it was very surprising that opposite party was availavle in patana high court on mediation date without my awareness about the date of meeting for reconciliation.my advocate asked me about the receipt of notice and said that receipt is available in file. notice was issued to my native place where my old parent is residing but my parent did not receipt any notice.
Patana High court granted me provisional bail and i surrendered in lower court and get bail order.high court order in bail to mediation and pay Rs 1000pm and i deposited Rs 1000pm accordingly from the month of takin bail order from lower court.
My queries :
1. sir, i did not want at any cost to live with such wife who implicated in fals case of 498a of my all family member even my old parent without any cause of fault. she gave her statement in mediation cell to live with me. i feer from her and her loved ones at all time as her all loved ones engaged antisocial person against me and i have proof for all this action as lodged complaint to poolice stations in several times and i have also recording in my mobile of her & her father bad lanugage and quarels.
2. my children about 7 yrs (son)and 9yrs(daughter) are under her custody and chidren's mind is diverted to say all things against me. chidren is saying to live with her where mother will live.
sir, in such situation, how to face in mediation cell so that i will convence to the member that she always in intention to distroy my dignity and my family due to nonfulfillment of her greed.

you should take the plea that you are willing to stay with your wife for sake of your 2 children provided she with draws all cases against you .
