government acquired land 70 acre in 1958 for which particular purpose seed farm, in 1958 to 1962 used land, from 1962 to jan 2014 not in using land Government's Agriculture Deptt, which base we approach to the court get back land original owner,suit is pending. suddenly get used to seed farm and start construction of compound wall from Govt.

My Question is
how can stop this construction or cultivation?

The land is being used for the purpose it was acquired.

However, you can try for a stay. Your lawyer is the best person to advise the grounds based on the case file.
