Dear experts
my wife has left house after several quarells.its very tough to lead life with her .so I took this decision.she is calling me and messaging me like I need my passport and aadhar card as she left these in my house.she added messages me that she will leave dubai .I am not responding to her messages and phones and I only sent one message to come and take her passport.
now its 15days she left house and she is in her mothers house.now the question is can I send talaq by post?
my friend told if u remain calm fr six months to one year they will come fr settlement.now if u send talaq they can file cases and demand more money from you,he said.
so please advice me what step can I take in my life;waiting or sending talaq.
in muslim is there any act for giving maintainence for wife other than child ?
in iddath period how much we have to pay fr her..??

1) dont be in hurry to go for talaq
2) try for reconciliation .
3) go for divorce if talks fail
4) send her aaadhar card / passport to her parents address

yes, first give a final try for reconciliation. If all fails then only think of divorce.

There is no legal bar to send such notice but legally such notice is not desired. If efforts for the conciliation do not fetch the desired results, file divorce petition.
