Car parking in co-operative housing societies.

Dear sir,
I would like to know whether cars which are not mumbai registration can such members park their cars in society compound where actually members having mumbai registration cars find it difficult to park due to insufficient space in the society.
Are there any rules where society needs to give priority to park mumbai registered cars and thereafter if any space left can allow to park cars which are not mumbai registered.

society frames rules for allotment of car parking slots . each member si entitled to one slot . if there are more members and less slots then it is done by drawing of lots .
there is no rule wherein preference is to be given for mumbai registration cars

Thank you sir for the reply.
My society has charged me rupees one thousand fine for parking in open space in the building compound where car parking slots were not made.
My society has cars more than parking slots
made in society compound. There were no signage of no parking or any circular or information was given in writing for not parking the car at that particular space.
How do I reply to society for not charging me the fine and henceforth they either inform the members for not parking the car at that particular space.

whether allotment of slots has been made by society?
whether any resolution is passed in AGM authorising MC to impose penalty?

No such resolution has been passed.

If no such resolution passed in AGM, no allotment of slots, bye laws are mum, the imposition of penalty is irregular and move for waiver of the same.
