Patta transfer

(Querist) 19 May 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

My father and mother owned a company from 1988 as partners. My father died in 2011 and now we have executed a amendment deed and I am the Managing partner replacing my dad and my mom is the partner.

The patta is in my fathers name along with company name as "Company name - managing partner - my dad's name". Dad's legal hiers are me my mom and my sister. My mom and my sister are willing to transfer the patta in my name. What is the procedure to transfer the patta to my name?

Regards,
Deepakumar

In whose name the sale deed is registered?
Deepak Kumar (Querist) 19 May 2014
Sale deed is in "name of the company, managing partner, fathers name". WHile purchasing this company my dad also took over the Tamilnadu Investment corporation loan. After we cleared the loan we got the property from TIC. in that the document type was sale deed.

In that TIC has given it to "Company name, managing partner and my dads name"

I did not understand your point Mr. Rajendra

Mr. Deepak,

Mr. Rajendra Goyal tries to point out that charity service is discouraged for commercial and business problems. Naturally your company's problem is not an individual's personal problem, who should expect free service. So, he intends to convey that being a commercial problem of a business entity, you need to hire services of some local expert for appropriate consultancy or service to fulfill the need of your company, as your business can afford to pay legal consultancy charges.

You are welcome, but with personal problem, if any.

I agree with the views of experts Mr. Dhingra and Mr. Rajendra K Goyal on the subject issue.
