posession of assigned land

Dear experts I have assigned land which is in possession of other person who is high caste person and influential also lawyer. He has manipulated my name in the records and made his name into the column possessory.I was not at all having any idea about the land.how can I get my land back to me??I approached MRO and asked him to restore the land to me.the revenue authorities are in favour to him.creating false documents he says that he is in possession of land more than 20 years and misguiding.please kindly give me some information to solve this issue.

Do you belong to weaker section? How could you get the assigned land? When it is assigned? Why you kept quiet till now?
However, better meet the District Collector with proper replies to the above questions.

Yes sir I belong to weaker section christian..the land was upto an extent of ac4.01.now the land in my record is up to 1acre only I have applied by RTI 2005 and came yo know that he manage to transfer the land to third parties and there are constructions occupations of other parties.the concerned village revenue officer and revenue inspector and Mandal revenue officer are aware of the fact about the land the land occupier is giving them bribe.he has misguided the govt by giving declaration in ULC urban ceiling up to an extent of 25000sq yards.the govt issued sec 10 5 in year 2004and asked him to hand over the possession of the land he went to the court of law in 2005 there he declared DAT he doesn't have possession of da land except retainable area.this land was declared surplus.now he says DAT he has possession over the land from 20 years in the court of law and before MRO.he is misguiding everyone with his false facts.please give me any suggestion.

You prove your possession of the disputed land or with some evidences to prove your title and challenge his case or approach the district revenue Officer and submit an application narrating the entire woes and tale that has happened and seek relief and remedy from the authority.
