My client x filed summary suit against y for the recovery of payment for the goods delivered to him as he was not paying even after a continuous follow up
Therefore, judgement is in my clients favor now and Mr y had made the payment after the court's order with interest.

My query is that now my client is asking that weather i can file the suit for the compensation of recovery of money for the mental stress and loss of business from Mr Y which he suffered during the period?

No,your client is not entitled to get compensation after having received the due payment with interest.Court has passed the decree with interest means your client has been compensated in form of interest.

It was before the Decree that all such prayers could have been made and deemed considered by the Court while passing the Decree.
