Devanga caste OBC or General merit

Dear Sir/Madam,
My caste is "DEVANGA" i wanted to know my category wether its OBC or General merit.
Am banking job aspirant, my age 28 if am obc category i can apply otherwise i cont for sbi exam.

Pleas help me.

visit tehsil office or check from website of the deptt of social justice.
