Marriage in different names

Sir due to my wife's preplanned fact she and her family membera registeed my name(certificate name) in temple management.so after formal marriage they forced me to sign in that name lastly I signed in that name and after that again they approached me to register before marriage officer .I signed my affidavit name which I am using this affidavit name in all places.
My question is will she go for any criminal proceeding where my divorce petition is pending before family court in that jurisdiction. ? Now she with her Lawer using my name as existing name @ previous name .what's my demerits will be in divorce proceeding s. Kindly suggest me in this regardin.
Now she filed for maintenance u/s 24 in that court and rcr in another court .kindly suggest how to proceed further.

You query is not properly stated.
Whatever I can understand ,in that basis I may say that discrepancy in name has nothing to do with merit of the case.
RCR and Section 24 petition arising therefrom can not be pending in different courts.

why did you get married and register marriage in false name? ultimately you have signed the affidavit and other documents . no demerits in divorce proceedings
