Marriage took place in Faridabad.Couple lived together in Faridabad.They got seperated in Dec 2006 as girl filed 498A in Rohtak.Husband living in Delhi since Jan 2007.Wife never lived in Delhi.Can husband file divorce in Delhi?

yes husband can file for divorce from DElhi

Since the husband is residing in Delhi and will be able to provide the residential proof, he can very well file the divorce case in Delhi itself.

I differ with the opinion of Sethi and Kalaiselvan. The place of filing such petition is either Faridabad or Rohtak and not Delhi.

H can file Div Pet in Delhi. However it is transferable by SC, to wife's residence
