my husband used to beat me after every 2 3 months. my parents has give me money with that i bought a flat in 2010. my husband repeatedly ask me to transfer the flat in his name. he donot give monthly expenses to me also. i have a son age 14 years old. now i want to get divorce from my husband as well i want he should be restrain to come to my house. pl guide me how to proceed in d v act or other remedies. i have file two three time police compliant. but police donot take any action.pl suggest me few good lawyers in saket court in delhi

file complaint under Dv act . seek protection order and injunction restraining your husband from entering flat premises .

also seek maintenance and compensation for mental torture you hasve undergone .

once your husband agrees for settlement file for divorce by mutual consent

File petition u/s 156(3) crpc to get FIR registered.
You can file DV case as well for maintenance of you and the child.
