Appearance in the suit.

(Querist) 19 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
on my query dated 7/6/2014 for the appearance in court, the expert of the club advised to make application for joining as the party. As I have learned that evidence partly heard is current status of the suit, can court disallow me to join the suit even if I am affected party?

If you are necessary and proper party to the sui, then file an application under o 1 r 10 of cpc. court will allow your application.
Lawyer SALEEMA KABEER (Expert) 19 July 2014
If you are able to show that you are the necessary party to the suit and if the Court convinced that the issue involved in the suit could not be disposed of finally without adding you as a party to the suit, then irrespective of stage of case, you can be impleaded as additional party.
