WHAT ARE THE STAMP DUTY RATES FOR GETTING A WILL PROBATED IN WEST BENGAL ?

HOW DO WE CALCULATE STAMP DUTY RATE ?

It is highest Rs.50,000/- irrespective of value of the properties mentioned din the Will.

It is Ad voleram Court fees , not stamp duty.
