My father has written a will in 2003 and we have the original.

There are some one from father family who trying to take copies .

Can i know through RTI act who all have applied for copies with address , if so what procedures i have to follow and whom i should address my RTI application (submitting)

Only maker of Will or its executor can apply for its certified copies if the Will is registered. Not others can apply for it.

You can use RTI to know the particulars of applicants seeking to procure copy of the will of your father.

You have to sent your RTI application to the Registrar office wherein your WILL is registered.

Ask for the information about the copy applications received and its details, status etc.
