The case is in evidence stage ,plaintiff has not intentionally added other person as defendant in case, I am defendant,
pl. advice,
who should file a application,plaintiff or defendant to implead other person
as necessary party in case.

Why do you need to do so?
The defect of adding necessary party would harm plaintiff only which would help you.
So better remain silent.

I agree with Mr Barman ! Suit Claim to be answered by Defendants who are added by plaintiff, if some one who is necessary party is not added by plaintiff, it is not your burden/duty to add the other person !
