Hello sir,

Is it possible that the investigation officer removed my parents name from the case.
IF it happened than how much possibility to get back my parents as accused in the case by the opposite lawyer.

As investigation officer said that ACP/DCP have a power that they can removed parents from the 498a case. is it possible ?
and
IF yes, is there any saction/leagal rules through which my parents can be drag in the case. when my wife lawyer opposed.

During he investigation if it is established that the role of parents does not exist in the crime, police may drop the names.
