(Querist) 05 September 2014 This query is : Resolved
Respected experts
A property come for sale where the dispute was in court and decreed favour of the plaintiff purchaser. Later execution was filed and oredered accordingly. But sale deed has not been registered yet. The situation now is the plaintiff purchaser wants to sell that property. Since they dont want to spend again on registration. My query is can this property be purchased even when there is no sale deed.
