False aligation fir

Dear Experts,
I am belongs to tamilnadu,,, march month my uncles son and daughter in law having amily problems. my cousin (uncle son ) file 498A... ITS GOING ON THE COURT. in between i am reation with my cosin directly.. the girl given a complaint about me in the police station says I was abusing and pull her hand on the road...its not happened ... march 2014 our both family went to collector office for dowry case enquiry... they went first after 1 hr only we left from the collector.... but that girl complaint 15 days later in the police station. SI called my mob.... i went to the police station with my lawyer ... police understand this is the false aligation and they compromise and send me back ....

August 2014 the girl submit the petition to the court U/S 156 crpc for necessary direction upon the police to the case investigation.

Already june month i came to seychelles..for my project..still iam working in seychelles,,,my Temprory project completed by this september...

i am coming to india 21st of this month..

Now the problem starts here...

when i was not there in india the girl submit the petition 156. and court given the direction to all woman police station to investigate about the case and submit the report.

The police came to my house and enquiry about me ... my mom said he went to abroad..

then police staion asked VAO certificate for your son gone to abroad.

my mom submit the VAO certificate to the police station.

Now the police station file the FIR on me
26th Aug 2014.

My question is:
1.the police can arrest me in any point of time?
2.if i surrender to the court i proceed the case with lawyer ...i can come back to seychelles again?
3.if FIR is there i can travel abroad for work visa?
4.any quick chances are there to proove this is the false aligation on me?

please give me a advise...

help me... i got a good oppertunity to work in the same company 2 months only time i have from september...

1. if FIR is registered the Police can arrest you at any point of time.
2.Yes, take bail and then move to your place of work.
3.Yes always unless the court imposes any restrictions which is very unlikely in your case.
4. No unless you take bail first.

1. Yes, if FIR has been lodged.
2. Try for anticipatory bail.
3. Yes, provided court has not ordered otherwise.
4. No shortcut.
