False complaints

Sir
I am a govt employee
A outside person is continuously making complaints against me in vigilance / CVC by putting various kind of false allegation of corruption / misconduct etc.
Office has started investigation in the matter but could not find any thing substantial against me as on date. In fact ppl dealing with this issues are well aware about that person and they know he is habitual of making such complaint but they are afraid if they will initiate action against him so he will start targeting them and I cant get the detail of complainant officially.
If I am not wrong so i should not be worried but somehow all this is disturbing peace of mind and bring my credibility down in office.
Please advice how to deal with this

Lodge your complaint before the vigilance/CVC, obtain copies of findings of earlier enquires, get the name & address of the such complainant (if not on application it may be through RTI channel) and move to local police with all details for lodging false complaints.

File two Defamation Case in Criminal and Civil Court against him claiming large amount of damages.

You have a right to obtain the copies of complaints as the complaints are made against you. File application seeking information under RTI Act and file Defamation cases.
2) Write to your superiors stating that the same person has filed complaints many a time, nothing could be proved and hence any complaint received from should be referred to the person against whom the complaint is made to ascertain his views and then only if some action is to be taken, it has to be initiated.
3) This type of repeated complaints will help you to be more careful. In one way it is beneficial to you. Ignore and do your duty. Why should you entertain tension? You are living a democratic country. People oppose your right decisions in your own house. You will have to get along. As long as you are clean, you need not have to worry.

Get copies of complaint and inquiry report through RTI and lodge defamation cases after getting permission from your department.
