Divorce decree already but again from high court notice

sir my divorce is decree on 28jan2014 in family court but my wife filed in high court under sec-24 HMAwith chapter-VI,rule-27(a). please tell me what it means all and is she is defending the divorce decree. what i will do. urgent sir.

yes she had prayer to direct me to pay rs-30,000/- per month towards interim maintenance during the pendency of the aforesaid MATA and may pass such orders as deemed just and proper.

It appears she has preferred an appeal in high court and prayed for alimony as well.
Appeal is continuation of suit and hence she filed an application for alimony.

yes family court had ordered me to deposit money as permanent alimony RS- 3 LAKHS while granting divorce and i had also deposited the amount on 12 march 2014 and she had taken rupees also from family court on 01 may 2014. but she had filed the case in high court on 29 march 2014. now tell me what to do can she again ready to fight for divorce or ahe is wanting only extra money.

Preferring an appeal is her legal right and you could do nothing except to fight it ut in high court. All the best.

Many people do mistake of payment of one time alimony on immature advice.
Wife has legal right of future maintenance till she gets remarried.
You have to fight the case on technicalities.

IF APPEALED, YOU ARE NOT DIVORCED.
SO U CANNOT MARRY
