Parkiing allotement in hosiing society

Hi,
The builder was alloted a car parking to me in our housing Society. Also builder was issue me Allotment letter to me.
I was submitted Xerozx copy of allotement letter to Society.
But some in society was raised an objection for the same and they park there vehicle at that parking slot. As per their view that letter is not valid.
So please suggest what would be the next plan of action at my end

iF YOU HAVE GOT THE VALID ALLOTMENT LETTER THEN NOTHING TO WORRY AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT PHYSICALLY RESTRAIN YOU.
In case they do then file case in civil court for injunction.

The builder was given me the letter with mentiong all the parking details, on his letter-pad with his signature and Seal.
So my question is that, can i consider this document is a valid document ?

Hi Devajyoti,
Society Chairman wants from me to organized the society meeting with all flat owners and inform every member, saying that “Please do not park your vehicle at that reserved parking area”
Society Chairman is not taking any decision/responsibility about my parking.
So my question is that what will be the plan action at my end in society meeting.
Please suggest.

Do as directed by Chairman. Circulate notice , clearly mentioning, you were directed to do so by Chairman.
Send copy to Registrar too.
U r not loosing anything by doing so.
Probably builder have no right to allot you parking slot in ur Society. Ur chairman wants to prove it thru you!!!!!!!!!

car parking slots form part of common areas . society can set aside allottment of car parking slots done by builder .
