The Advocate has got No Right to dictate any thing to Police directly basing on the Court Directions. He could File the Relevant Petition Only in Court. If that Petition was accepted in Court and included in Further Prooceedings he could intimate the same along with Court Directions to the Police. With out Court Directions advocate can not advise or order any thing to Police.Police should ignore such Letter or the Contempt could be Filed on both of them that is the Concerned Advocate as well as Police.Consult a Local,Good Advocate Please(Author Thanks for the Modifications Please)
