Hello Sir,

I have already registered Case in Consumer case against SBI Bank.

if Consumer case is currently in Argument stage Please confirm i can file RTI Application to SBI BANK or not?

is there any law for that or not?

RTI application has nothing to do with a pending case unless the pending case is with regard to the RTI application only.

Until an application/petition like yours before a statutory authority is finally disposed of, you cannot file RTI application.

Hello Sudhir Sir, I registred case in Consumer case against SBI & Builder.

There was fake Builder tie up between BANK & Builder.
I am trying to get the information through RTI.
is this allowed if case is in COnsumer court?

When there is no stay order from the court for supply of information, you can resort to rti for the access of the needed information.
