Shop tenant not vacating

Sir, I have my own home in front of which there is a shop and the rental agreement got finished some years ago. However, he didn't vacate the place. The case is in the civil court now. But, he is now giving us other troubles indirectly through platform shopkeepers. Please advice me, the best way to resolve this problem.

what do you mean by term platform shop keepers. ? complain to municipal corporation if some hawkers have occupied space in front of your shop

If the footpath hawkers occupy space in front of the shop and obstructing your access to the shop of your house, you can very well lodge a police complaint against them for creating nuisance and obstructions.

The police has advised them to put it somewhere else, but the tenant is at the background creating a scenario to pull me in the issue.

I'm doing phd in a foreign country and I station here temporarily. So, they plan to pull me in.
