Hello sirs,
After second appeal in high court is disposed by single judge in a civil case,Whether appeal to full bench in high court can be applied.In madurai bench of madras high court,if so where will the full bench sit. sir

The appeal lies at the court where the single judge has disposed. ie., if it was decided at Madras HC, then appeal lies before the full bench of Madras HC. Similarly, if it was decided at Madurai Bench of Madras HC, then at the same court.
