Want divorce from my wife

Dear Respective,
I had married on march 2011(both belong to UP and married also in UP but working and living in Delhi before marriage)and have a child but most of time a dispute are here in between me and my wife,she blame to me and I blame to her,every time we are very very tensed.
Sir If I would like to file divorce then please tell me I should file or I have to wait from her side.

The suit can be filed where- marriage was performed or where you both last resided together or where she has been currently residing.
Convince her for mutual divorce as in other cases the divorce suit takes lot of time.

Perhaps before going for divorce you can try stop blaming her. Marriage is not a competition, but a solemn engagement to compliment each other and share the responsibilities.

Try to have amicable settlement and save marriage. If not possible, and divorce seem to be only way, try to have mutual consent divorce. Contested divorce may take 5-6 years with lot of troubles and other cases.

better go in for divorce by mutual consent as contested divorce cases take around 5 years to be disposed of

Divorce will not become solution for all the problems. In fact when you venture into divorce proceedings, you may have to face many related problems which will bring more and more hardships than the present problems. See if there are still chances to salvage the issue to save the marriage with open mind or else decide as advised by experts above.
