What is the correct value of Non Judicial Stamp Paper for a Leave and License agreement in Maharashtra - Rs 100/- or Rs 500/-?

Sec. 52 of Indian Easements Act, 1882 deals with Leave and Licence.

Definition-Leave and licence is a grant of right to do something upon an immovable property without creating interest in the property.

Registration is not necessary for leave and licence. But Stamp duty should be payable as per the Table shown in the link given below (as per Mumbai).
