Court order

Dear Experts,
In December 2013 I have applied for divorce in local family court as my wife has left me with out any reason and from December 2013 to till date the cort was issuing notice to her to present but she didn't present not even once now in the last hearing the judge said next issue of order. What is an order and in my case what might be the order that court may issue. Please share some knowledge on this.

court may grant you divorce exparte as your wife has remained absent inspite of being served with summons

It appears the curt is waiting for reconciliation, if she is absent repeatedly then ask for ex parte hearing of the same.
