Dear sir,

i want to register the typing institute in aurangabad maharastra.

so that related what the exact procedure to start the institute under goverment .

please guide me to start for the same.

you have to decide whether you want to start as proprietor or firm or as company . obtain licence under shops and establishment act

Depending upon the nature of ownership, the basic registration differs In any case Trade License and Registration under shop and establishment act is mandatory.
