Gift deed in haryana

I want to transfer my property in Haryana to my mother. as of now she is secondary owner of the property, now I want to make her the sole owner. what I understood is that Gift deed is the best option. May I know the stamp duty charges if any or total charges need to pay.

Stamp Duty varies from State to State. You can ascertain from the Sub-Registrar Office of the concerned State or any document writer there.

Following in the footsteps of neighbouring Punjab, the council of ministers in Haryana on Wednesday decided to exempt transfer of immovable property within blood relatives from stamp duty.
The exemption would be applicable for parents, children, grand children, brothers, sisters and between spouses.
