I am about to file mandatory and permanently injunction and want to get bills of hotel through court order as the hotel where wedding took place the owner are known to me and they have given me complete bill details but not handing over bills coz doesn't want to go in legal litigation s as in complaint they have mentioned huge amount which is not paid actually
Shall I complaint in police station to get bills

The matter could be got settled through Adalat (mediation) also.

Police complaint will not do.
During trial you can summon them through court with all papers.

During trial you may file an application before court to issue summon to hotel for produce the Bill or other documents.
