Hi, Under which Act are the employees in software companies, MNC banks etc covered, Which are the labour Acts which apply to them as regards employment issues. Can you give detailed information on this pls?

As such there is no central act to govern conditions of employment of employees in software etc. companies. The existing labour legislation wherever applicable shall govern such companies too.

Central Labour Acts as well as Circulars of the banks/personal contracts etc. are applicable in the given categories employees.
