Use of patta-nagarparishad

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a plot approved by Nagar Parishad of Tonk district in Rajasthan.I am running a hotel on this plot.But during the time of allotment it is written on patta that the plot should be used for the domestic purpose but now it is using for commercial purpose(hotel business).
I apply a loan in Bank by giving the plot for EM.The bank is giving objection regarding the actual use of the plot in compare to written use of the patta by Nagar parishad.
May I sought a NOC from Nagar parishad or will take another measures.

Nagar Parishad has mentioned that the plot is to be used for domestic (residential) purpose and not for commercial purpose. Till parishad change it to commercial land Bank may not agree for loan.

no bank will sanction loan unless change of user is approved by nagar parishad . your hotel is running illegally in residential area

The loan is not for the hotel it is for another purpose...May I take a no objection from Nagar Parishad.?
